Abstract

The author's purpose in conducting research is to analyze the influence of afdeling assistant leadership style, job satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention in PT. HMBP Natai Baru. The sample of this study was 78 respondents who were harvest employees from PT. HMBP Natai Baru. The sample of this study was 78 respondents who were harvest employees from PT. HMBP Natai Baru. The data of this study were collected through questionnaires that were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The sampling method uses the purphosive sampling method. The data quality test used is a validity test and a reliability test using Croncbah's Alpha. For hypothesis test in this study using t Test and F Test. The results of the F test obtained a calculated Fvalue of 4.285 > Ftabel 2.73 with a probability of sig0.046
